| But how did it all start? It started with a conversation in a Dennys restaurant in L.A. January 1995 between Dave Moore (DM Music's owner) and then keyboard salesman Graham Pyman (now the Rev. Pyman!).
DM Music were known as suppliers of musical instruments to the church, but were always being asked if they did backing tapes of hymns and choruses. Digging a bit deeper, it turned out that the biggest churches - with the most and best musicians, seemed to draw other musicians to themselves leaving the other churches with few or with musicians who were yet to reach their full potential. Also there seemed to be fewer and fewer organists. These churches wanted music without musicians Dave and Graham knew that there was technology available to meet this requirement and set about sourcing worship midi files |
| Just over 10 years later, DM Music have supplied over 200,000 worship files to meet the need of the worshipping church without musicians The acceptance of this resource has been overwhelming, particularly now that the files are available as a download.
